To ensure the success of digital marketing strategies for the benefit of artists, bands, record
labels and festivals through the management and coordination of teams dedicated to the
execution of plans that satisfy our clients and allow them to achieve their goals effectively.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Ensure compliance with deadlines and budget by overseeing
and managing projects from start to finish, with a keen focus on achieving specific
project objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Strategic Planning: Develop plans to retain customers and expand services.
- Team management: Lead and coordinate diverse team of specialists in different
areas of digital marketing, such as social media, SEO, SEM, and graphic design. - Client communication: Foster open, transparent communication, anticipate and
address inquiries promptly, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project.
Proactively identify and meet client needs and expectations to enhance their
experience and project outcomes. - Analysis and measurement: Ensure compliance with the objectives of each project by
optimizing resources and reporting. This involves optimizing resources and providing
regular reports to assess whether objectives are being met and establish a clear path
to surpass client expectations. - Industry research: Keep updated on topics related to the music industry and digital
marketing to develop new strategies.
Experience
- 4 years of experience working in record labels.
- Previous experience managing digital marketing projects, preferably in the music
industry. Proven track record of successfully launched projects from past
experiences. - Experience in managing customers or clients is beneficial for maintaining strong
client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements
- English Level: C1-C2
- Studies: Digital Marketing or related to the music industry.
- Knowledge of project management tools, Monday, Google Workspace, Slack or
related.
