Responsibilities

  • Team management: lead multidisciplinary teams across social media, SEO, SEM, and graphic design.
  • Client communication: maintain clear communication, anticipate needs, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Analysis and reporting: optimize resources and deliver regular performance reports.
  • Industry research: stay updated on music industry and digital marketing trends to develop new strategies.

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in record labels or the music industry.
  • Proven experience managing digital marketing projects with successful outcomes.
  • Experience managing clients and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Requirements

  • English level C1–C2.
  • Studies in digital marketing or music industry-related fields.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Monday, Google Workspace, Slack or similar.
