Responsibilities
- Project management: ensure deadlines and budgets are met by overseeing projects from start to finish, focusing on KPIs and objectives.
- Strategic planning: develop strategies to retain clients and expand services.
- Team management: lead multidisciplinary teams across social media, SEO, SEM, and graphic design.
- Client communication: maintain clear communication, anticipate needs, and ensure satisfaction.
- Analysis and reporting: optimize resources and deliver regular performance reports.
- Industry research: stay updated on music industry and digital marketing trends to develop new strategies.
Experience
- 4+ years of experience in record labels or the music industry.
- Proven experience managing digital marketing projects with successful outcomes.
- Experience managing clients and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Requirements
- English level C1–C2.
- Studies in digital marketing or music industry-related fields.
- Knowledge of tools such as Monday, Google Workspace, Slack or similar.
