1. Introduction
By purchasing, accepting, or using a Melboss gift card (“Gift Card”), you agree to be bound by these Gift Card Terms of Use, as well as the Melboss Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These Terms govern Gift Card use and override any prior Gift Card-related agreements.
“You” means the person who purchased or received the Gift Card. “Melboss,” “we,” or “us” refers to Melboss Music.
2. Use of the Gift Card
- Gift Cards may only be redeemed for Melboss monthly subscriptions at app.melboss.com.
- The Gift Card must be redeemed during the sign-up or subscription process using the unique coupon code.
- Gift duration options are fixed (1, 2, or 3 months).
- Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be used for other services, unless required by law.
3. Redemption Process
To redeem a Gift Card:
- Go to app.melboss.com and create an account or log in.
- Begin the subscription process.
- Enter your unique coupon code during checkout.
After redemption, the subscription will be activated for the gifted period. Continued use after the gifted duration requires a valid payment method.
4. Restrictions
- Each code is valid for a single use and becomes non-transferable upon redemption.
- Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced.
- Gift Cards are not reloadable.
- Gift Cards do not expire. No fees apply.
5. Limitation of Liability
Melboss disclaims all warranties regarding Gift Cards, express or implied. If a Gift Card is found to be non-functional, our sole liability is to replace it or offer alternative credit.
We are not responsible for loss, theft, unauthorized use, or technical failure that prevents redemption.
6. Modification and Termination
Melboss may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Gift Card after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
